All goods are packed in plain packaging. There will be no mention of the contents, the return address on our packaging will use our discreet trading name "PCP Distributors" . We use Australia Post for fast deliveries within Australia,

Product Returns

Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for a Store Credit subject to the following terms.

You must notify us within 7 days from date of purchase to be eligible for any exchange or credit.

All returns (other than for Faulty goods) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the transaction / return.

The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all warranty and returns.

Return of goods will only be considered if unused and returned in original packaging. The Supplier reserves the right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the goods have been used or soiled in any way.

ALL Returns must be accompanied by the Original Receipt and return authorisation number to be considered for exchange or store credit. (See instructions below on how to obtain a Return Authorisation number)

There will be No exchanges on Video, CD-ROM or DVD purchases unless the original product was defective. We do not rent these items.

All battery-operated toys are tested working prior to dispatch at our warehouse, however should you have a problem with an item please refer to our 30 Day limited Warranty below

Xman guarantees that adult toys sold will be free from faults for a period of 30 days from purchase date,provided our returns department is satisfied that the fault is not caused by misuse,abuse,or use of the product in any manner that it was not intended
Any signs of water ingress to adult products (including those marked waterproof) will void this warranty.Most products marked waterproof rely on a seal on the battery compartment,The purchaser must ensure that the battery cap is tightened in such a way to maintain the seal in this area.

For this reason Xman recomends adult toys be cleaned with a toy cleaner made specifically for this purpose.

Return Procedure

E-mail us at sales@xman.com.au to go through the returns process.

Explain the products defect and provide us with your original Order Number. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone number, and e-mail address.

Once you contact us, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation Number and the correct address to ship the item to.

Once you have all the correct information place the item in its original box or covering along with your original Receipt.

Please write the supplied authorisation number on the Receipt.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
