appear on your bank statement using our discreet trading name.

We employ the latest 128 encryption technology to safeguard the transfer of
credit card information from our secure server.All Customer details are strictly confidential & will not be passed on to
any other parties
Shipping & Delivery
All goods are packed in plain packaging. There will be no
mention of the contents, the return address on our packaging will use our discreet trading name "PCP Distributors"
. We use Australia Post "express satchell" for deliveries within
Australia which generally allows for next day delivery.
Refunds
We happy to arrange an exchange or offer a store credit subject
to the terms and conditions below. However please note we do not
offer Cash Refunds.
Product Returns
Should you not be happy with your purchase you may return it for
a Store Credit subject to the following terms.
You must notify us within 14 days from date of purchase to be
eligible for any exchange or credit.
All returns (other than for Faulty goods) are subject to a
15% restocking fee and any shipping costs incurred in the
transaction / return.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping costs for all
warranty and returns.
Return of goods will only be considered if unused
and returned in original packaging. The Supplier reserves the
right to refuse any Return if in the opinion of the supplier the
goods have been used or soiled in any way.
ALL Returns must be accompanied by the Original
Receipt and return authorisation number to be considered for
exchange or store credit. (See instructions below on how to
obtain a Return Authorisation number)
There will be No exchanges on Video, CD-ROM or DVD purchases
unless the original product was defective. We do not rent these
items.
All battery-operated toys are tested working prior to dispatch
at our warehouse, however should you have a problem with an item
please refer to our 30 Day limited Warranty below.
Return Procedure
E-mail us at
sales@xman.com.au to go through the returns process.
Explain the products defect and provide us with your original
Order Number. Be sure to include your Name, Address, Telephone
number, and e-mail address.
Once you contact us, we will e-mail you a Return Authorisation
Number and the correct address to ship the item to.
Once you have all the correct information place the item in its
original box or covering along with your original Receipt.
Please write the supplied authorisation number on the Receipt.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN AUTHORISATION NUMBER.
